UPDATE 1-9-11

Command continues to weigh the options.
Because of the complexity of several entries and the fierce arguments that have marked the selection process the winner will be announced Wed. Jan 12 -- giving us just days before we have to put the plan into action.

Your patience on this critical matter is appreciated.

A two man crew loaded with explosives, PPE, nightvision and firearms waits until dark. Park a distance away and walk to the power station. Lay low until suspenders comes out of the plant exit and slit his throat. Leave the body out in the desert at least a hundred yards away. Team member one puts on his uniform, takes his id, slides by the camera and goes down the elevator. Now this next step has to be done in a cool manner; walk through the power complex and plant the explosives.Try not to make direct eye contact with anyone and walk like you have purpose. Set the timers for ten minutes and walk to the other unit where glasses saw the sets of doors. Find a closet or small area to hide because it is going to be loud! While all this is happening the other member is staking out the the shack, the team's exit removing any threats as quietly as possible. The explosives will go off and rip through both areas, the steel and concrete will only help funnel the blast, but the most important thing is that the power should be cut off. This will knock out lights and cameras; they can't track you. Use the gaurd's I.D. and cut off his thumb (pray to God it opens the reinforced cold storage door) and proceed to the lab anthony was seen in, making sure to keep killing everyone in sight. Resue Anthony and search for juliette. After you find her, hopefully unharmed, see to any medical needs they have and give them some protective gear and night vision because by this point, the entire place would be as smoky as my mom's kitchen on Thanksgiving.
Plant more explosives, alot of them. Go to the hiding place you sheltered in before and blow this side of the facility. The force should rip through the entire place (sparing our heroes of course) and go up the elevator and stairwell. When the force reaches the shack area, it will kill the soldiers in there and blast the the shack itself into tiny little bits. This is the cue for the second team member topside to retrieve the vehicle, bringing it in close. From there he or she can hunker down behind it and take out any personnel or zombies that have been attracted to the mayhem.
After the detonation take the stairs to the upper level. This will be difficult for two reasons; one being the steps will have suffered some damage and the former prisoners will most likely be in bad shape. Well... they will have to toughen up and like it cause this is life and death. If anthony or juliette is able, that person will have to cover the rear the whole way up because even in an explosion this large, some soldiers will have survived and will continue their duty; which is to kill the team and prisoners. At the greeting area of the shack (or what is left of it) signal to team member two outside (because this is where even the best trained soldiers can get sloppy) that you are exiting the facility. Load Anthony and juliette into the vehicle. Before leaving, set trip wires around the shack exit area to dissuade any one from following you. Then take off like a bat out of Hell. Remember to change directions and take alternate roads back to homebase in case anyone happens to be following.
Job well done!

We kinda like the Statham angle .... but it would take a little negotiating to decide the seating order!

I thought the zombies had J-n-A and we would only be needing a crossbow and some comfortable shoes. Shadowy men? Hi-tech facilities? Concrete? We need McGuyver. Hopefully someone can figure out a way to disrupt the water flow to the plant...cause a diversion. Diversions are good. Or just send Squirrel & Co in to start chewing wires. I'll sew some teeny lab coats so they blend in.
