While I’m certain no respectable zombie would pass up such a delicacy, I don’t believe that zombies are really such discriminating eaters. Getting through a tough surface such as a skull is not as easy at it looks in the movies, and a really hungry zombie is more likely to go for the most accessible parts first.

Perhaps a well-fed zombie might work a little harder to get at the tastiest parts, but this implies they still have taste buds and preferences.
